Deep Cut is a pictorial project engaged with concrete, a research to take this material elsewhere, to give it new characteristics.

Presented on the floor, the piece first appears as a mass with the appearance of volcanic stone. At the front it reveals a hollow that seems to be cut into strata, and in which a touch of floating yellow color is fixed in the mass.

On a principle of unveiling, what appeared to be massive, heavy and rough, becomes smooth, hollow and precious, like a cut stone filled with quartz crystals.
